Anne Marie has over 30 years experience with health care in many different settings. She received her BS and MSPT   From Simmons College and practiced Physical Therapy in acute care hospitals, short term rehab facilities and most recently in Home Care.  Anne Marie saw the need for care management when working with the geriatric population when she saw that her patients were having difficulty going to medical appointments, obtaining prescription medications and with follow up appointments.  She also saw a need in assisting pt’s communicating accurate information to medical professionals.
